Blue Pine T&G Paneling
The Bunkhouse will have blue-pine T&G panels on its four walls (See right). All four walls are now complete. The ceiling will have white pine T&G and is half complete. We plan to complete the paneling tomorrow morning.
The only major task left will be to install the flooring for the shower and toilet.
Salmon Flies
The end of the bunkhouse project is in sight and Salmon Flies have been reported at mile marker 2. We’re at mile marker 20 so we should see them in a couple of days.
Just to recapitulate. When complete, the Bunkhouse will sleep up to 8 adults. It will have a full bed, a bunk bed, and two lofts each of which will sleep two. The bunkhouse will also feature an insta-hot outdoor shower (enclosed) and a composting toilet.
